High five each other.
Point your index finger at each other.
Hold hands.
Look into each other's eyes.
Dance.

I think you are wise to pose as the adolescents you are, and not as adults. The reason I say this is that someday you will look back at those photos with fond memories of your childhood and this time when you are on the brink of adulthood. Very smart of you not to rush things.

the year book commite usually has all the old year books for many years back. I know my school goes back to around 1938,so i would try the school if you can, other wise talk to a parent and see if they still have a copy.

Well, if they don't know, um....

Is there a watermark on the back?

You might also want to check with the school district since it's often there that deals are made for who does pictures.

Less is more.

I also have naturally tan skin, brown eyes, & long black hair... & whenever I go for a casual but pretty look, I tend to always lean towards light pinks, purples, or cream/white-colored eyeshadows. Try Revlon's ColorStay Mineral Eyeshadow. I like it because you don't have to apply much to see it, it stays on all day, & it's safe for sensitive eyes/skin.

Unless I'm trying to go for a dramatic or really glamourous look, I apply only a little bit of mascara & eyeliner to enhance my look. In my opinion, I believe black mascara & black liner just mask brown eyes, so I stay away from all black makeup -- but that's just me.

I never wear any sort of coverup such as concealer or foundation, but if you do or if you're planning on doing so, I have heard that Sally Hansen's Airbrush Spray Makeup is easy, light, & overall works well.

I would finish the look off with a light pink lipstick with a hint of gloss, or a light pink lip shimmer (which is basically lipstick with shimmer built in the stick.) I like Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer in Champagne. You can buy it at CVS or Walgreens for $5.

And when it comes to hair, I would honestly just go natural. The less product & heat you put on your hair, the healthier & better it'll look in your pics.

Good luck! :)

Just go back and ask them if you can have them taken again. 99% chance that they'll do it.

You can ask for a retake. You may have to pay for the sitting, since it isn't as if he cut off your head or the camera didn't work, but not for additional photos, since none have been printed yet.
